These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you", "your") and Patihtoto ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the Patihtoto website located at patihtoto.cam and all associated services, products, software, and content made available through it.

Patihtoto is an online sports betting, live casino, slots, and gaming platform operated under an international online gaming licence. Our services are offered to eligible registered users who have completed the required identity verification process. By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using any part of the Patihtoto platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Patihtoto platform and, if applicable, close your account by contacting our customer support team.

In these Terms, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the Patihtoto website, mobile interface, software, and all associated services accessible at patihtoto.cam.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a User on the Platform.
• "User" / "Player" means any individual who has registered an Account on the Platform and meets the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, or bonus balance credited to a User's Account under the terms of a promotional offer.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the User using an approved payment method, net of withdrawals and wagering activity.
• "Wagering Requirement" / "Rollover" means the minimum total betting volume required before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity verification process, including submission of identity documents and proof of address.
• "Prohibited Activities" means all conduct described as prohibited under Section 9 of these Terms.
• "Bet Settlement" means the process by which the Platform determines the outcome of a bet and credits or debits the User's Account accordingly.
• "Intellectual Property" means all trademarks, logos, software, design elements, data compilations, and content owned by or licenced to Patihtoto.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond the reasonable control of Patihtoto, including but not limited to acts of God, war, natural disasters, cyberattacks, regulatory action, or power outages.

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money services on the Platform, you must create a registered Account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information as requested during the registration process. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and that you will maintain and promptly update your Account information as necessary.

3.2 Eligibility Criteria

You are eligible to register and maintain an Account only if all of the following conditions are met:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the Platform;
• You are legal adult under the laws of your country or jurisdiction of residence;
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable local law;
• You are not an employee, director, officer, agent, or affiliate of Patihtoto or any of its related entities;
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party and are using the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes;
• You have not previously had an Account on the Platform that was suspended, terminated, or closed due to a breach of these Terms;
• You have not self-excluded from the Platform under any active self-exclusion agreement.

3.3 One Account Per User

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity, linked payment methods, or shared device/IP address — is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in the forfeiture of all funds held in duplicate accounts and permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

4.1 Mandatory Verification

All Users are required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process before making withdrawals. Patihtoto reserves the right to request KYC documents at any time, including upon registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or where there is a compliance or security reason to verify identity.

4.2 Required Documents

The following documents are typically required to complete KYC verification:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Malaysian IC (MyKad), Passport, or Driver's Licence — must be current and clearly legible;
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the past three (3) months, showing your registered address;
• Selfie with ID: A clear photograph of you holding your identity document, taken in adequate lighting;
• Payment Method Verification: Patihtoto may request verification of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet, bank account statement).

4.3 Verification Timelines

KYC verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours of receiving all required documents in acceptable condition. Patihtoto reserves the right to extend verification timelines where additional due diligence is required. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is successfully completed.

4.4 Refusal and Consequences

Failure to provide required KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of the Account and witholding of withdrawal requests until documentation is satisfactorily provided. Where identity cannot be verified, Patihtoto may close the Account and return verified deposit balance, less any applicable fees, at its sole discretion.

Patihtoto accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods available to Malaysian users:

All funds deposited into your Patihtoto Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Patihtoto does not accept third-party deposits. Where a third-party deposit is identified, Patihtoto reserves the right to void the deposit, refund the amount to its source, and suspend the associated Account pending investigation.

5.3 Currency

All Account balances are maintained in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of credit. Exchange rate fluctuations are the sole responsibility of the User.

6.1 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The User's Account must have completed KYC verification;
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the User's available Real Money Balance;
• Any active Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds must be fully satisfied before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn;
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method previously used to deposit, or to a verified account in the User's name.

6.2 Processing Times

Patihtoto targets a 2–4 hour processing window for withdrawal requests from KYC-verified accounts. Actual transfer times to your payment account may vary by method and are subject to third-party processing timelines beyond our control. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times.

6.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable daily or weekly limits are communicated within the Account portal at the time of request. VIP-tier members may be eligible for elevated withdrawal limits as part of their tier benefits. Patihtoto reserves the right to apply additional verification for unusually large withdrawal requests.

7.1 Bonus Eligibility

Promotional bonuses, welcome offers, reload bonuses, cashback, and free bets are available to eligible registered Users subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion. Patihtoto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice.

7.2 General Bonus Conditions

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) which must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x) is stated on the relevant promotion page;
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to the wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino titles may contribute 10%–20%. Check the specific promotion terms for exact contribution rates;
• Maximum Bet: When Bonus Funds are active in your account, a maximum single-bet or spin limit applies (typically RM250–RM500). Placing bets above this limit while bonus funds are active may result in voiding of the bonus and associated winnings;
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from crediting). Bonuses not cleared within the expiry window are forfeited without replacement;
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in a User's account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms;
• Maximum Cash-out: Some bonuses carry a cap on the total amount that may be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings. This cap is stated in the individual promotion terms.

7.3 Abuse of Bonus Offers

Patihtoto actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, coordinated wagering patterns designed to artificially satisfy wagering requirements, or any strategy that exploits promotional terms in a manner not intended by Patihtoto. Where bonus abuse is detected, Patihtoto reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings, close the Account, and report the matter to relevant authorities as appropriate.

8.1 Acceptance of Bets

Patihtoto reserves the right to accept, decline, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. Bets are not binding on Patihtoto until they are accepted and confirmed within the Platform's system with a unique bet reference number.

8.2 Bet Settlement and Results

All sporting event results used for bet settlement are determined by reference to official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, the Football Association of Malaysia, EPL official records, UFC official results). In the event of a dispute between the Platform's records and an external source, the Platform's official recorded data shall prevail unless a demonstrable technical error is identified.

8.3 Manifest Errors

Patihtoto reserves the right to void bets and recalculate settlements where a manifest or obvious error in odds, pricing, or game mechanics is identified — regardless of whether such bets have been accepted and/or settled. A manifest error includes, but is not limited to, eroneous odds that are materially inconsistent with prevailing market prices at the time of placement.

8.4 Live/In-Play Betting

Live betting markets are subject to rapid change. Patihtoto will not be held liable for any bets placed based on stale odds arising from latency, network delay, or technical issues on the User's end. Where live odds are displayed, they are refreshed as frequently as technically feasible, but no guarantee is made as to real-time accuracy.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Patihtoto platform. Breach of any these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referal to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account per individual, household, IP address, or device;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using the Platform on behalf of a third party, or allowing any other person to use your Account;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including payment fraud, chargeback abuse, or identity theft;
• Coluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or tournament;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in games or the betting system for personal gain;
• Systematic exploitation of bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion;
• Attempting to launder funds or using the Platform for any illicit financial purpose;
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access the Platform's underlying code, databases, or infrastructure;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing Patihtoto staff or other users of the Platform.

10.1 Suspension by Patihtoto

Patihtoto reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed; (b) the Account is subject to a fraud or security investigation; (c) regulatory obligations require a temporary restriction; or (d) a chargeback or disputed transaction is under resolution.

10.2 Account Closure by User

Users may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting Patihtoto customer support. Upon closure, any outstanding Real Money Balance (net of pending bonus requirements) will be returned to the User via the verified payment method on file, subject to standard processing timelines and KYC requirements.

10.3 Self-Exclusion

Users who wish to take an extended break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 6 months to 5 years. During the self-exclusion period, the Account will be restricted from all gambling activity and the User will be removed from all promotional communications. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Patihtoto, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winings, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill.

Patihtoto's total aggregate liability to any User, in respect of all claims and causes of action arising from the use of the Platform, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the User in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Patihtoto does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Users access the Platform at their own risk and are responsible for maintaining appropriate security software on their own devices.

All content on the Patihtoto platform — including but not limited to the Patihtoto brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game interfaces, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Patihtoto or its licensors and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their own personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit: reproduction, distribution, public display, modification, creation of derivative works, reverse-engineering, or any other use of Platform content without the prior written consent of Patihtoto.

Patihtoto collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms an integral part of this Agreement. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by Patihtoto — including identity documents submitted during KYC, contact information, transaction records, and gaming history — is used solely for the purposes of account management, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. Patihtoto does not sell or share personal data with third parties for commercial marketing purposes.

Patihtoto is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide a suite of tools designed to help Users maintain control over their gambling activity, including:

• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits;
• Session time limits and activity reminders;
• Loss limits;
• Cooling-off periods (24 hours to 30 days);
• Self-exclusion (6 months to 5 years);

15.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Patihtoto is incorporated and licenced to operate. The specific governing jurisdiction is available to Users upon request through our customer support channels.

15.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between a User and Patihtoto, Users are encouraged to first contact our customer support team to seek resolution informally. Patihtoto aims to resolve all disputes within a reasonable timeframe. Where an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the competent authority in the governing jurisdiction.

15.3 Betting Disputes

All bet-specific disputes must be raised within thirty (30) days of the disputed bet settlement. Claims raised after this period will not be considered. Patihtoto's decision on all settled betting disputes is final and binding, subject to the right request arbitration described in clause 15.2.

Patihtoto reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, Patihtoto will endeavour to notify registered Users via the email address associated with their Account or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
